Walk, Bike, or Roll to School Day was a huge success this past Wednesday! We had an incredible turnout and were thrilled to see so many students participating. A big thank you to our amazing volunteers who helped make sure everyone got to school safely and had fun along the way!

The GCS pool is undergoing some significant repairs to mechanical equipment. Due to the extent of repair needed, the pool will need to remain closed until July 1. If repairs are completed prior to this date, we will notify the community. We apologize for this inconvenience.

Come and be entertained this weekend! The Fine Arts Boosters invites you to our annual showcase, Geneseo's Got Talent. Students from grades 3-12, as well as faculty members will entertain you with instrumental & vocal performances, dancing, acting, and a special announcement of next year's fall musical. Also come see a live band, two fun hosts, and Geneseo's own a capella group, the Pitchforks. This showcase is for all ages and takes place this Saturday, April 5th at 6:30 in the Geneseo Central in the auditorium. The entrance fee is $5/person with no family being charged more than $20. All proceeds go to support the arts K-12. After an intense competition, they pulled ahead in the final moments to clinch a three-point victory! Their hard work, teamwork, and love for reading made this incredible achievement possible. 🚍 WE'RE HIRING SCHOOL BUS DRIVERS! 🚍 We are looking for full-time and substitute bus drivers to join our team and help transport students safely. Full-time drivers earn $38+/hour, while substitute drivers earn $28+/hour. Full-time positions come with a comprehensive benefits package, including personal and sick days. Next stop: Regionals on April 8, where they’ll take on the top teams from surrounding areas, answering trivia from all 10 books on this year’s reading list. Our students showcased their innovation and skills at the 16th Annual Tech Wars, earning 1st place overall in the High School Division! A special shoutout to Catherine Staley, one of only three seniors awarded a scholarship for her dedication to technology and future career plans in the field. Geneseo students excelled in multiple events, with 1st place finishes in High School Co2 Design (Cheyenne S.), High School Regatta (Tyler C., Katherine S., Cooper W., Brady O., Caleb R.), High School Sculpture (Ally L.), and High School Skimmer Car (Benton M., Ayaan S.). Other top finishes included 2nd place in Middle School Mystery, Skimmer Car, High School Regatta Theme, and multiple events in both divisions. We are so proud of our students for their hard work, creativity, and dedication to technology! Way to go, Geneseo!
