The Geneseo Central School District is inviting all community members to attend a series of Open Community Forums on April 28, 29, and 30 to meet the final candidates for the district’s next Superintendent. These events will be held each evening from 4:15 PM to 5:00 PM in the McCarthy Auditorium at the Geneseo Central School.
The forums are designed to give residents an opportunity to engage directly with the candidates, ask questions, and provide input on the district’s future leadership. Each session will feature a different finalist, offering insight into their background, leadership approach, and future vision for the district.
Community members are welcome to attend one, two, or all three forums—whichever best fits their schedules. Attendance at all three is not required, and residents are encouraged to come when they are able and feel comfortable participating.
The community forum is just one component of each candidate’s full day on campus. During their visit, candidates will also tour the district, meet with various interview committees, and engage in a final interview with the Board of Education.
All residents, parents, staff, and students are welcome to attend and share their perspectives as the district moves closer to naming its next superintendent. Feedback from the forums will be considered as part of the final selection process.
