Capital Improvement Project

• Enhancements to the performing arts areas, including the auditorium, chorus room, and band room

• Building of a new STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics) large classroom

• Athletics enhancements including an artificial turf field and new competition gym

Energy Performance Contract (EPC)

• Upgraded indoor and outdoor lighting to LED systems

• Reducing infiltration into the building through caulking, insulation, exhaust fan control, and weather stripping

• Mechanical and Electrical equipment upgrades for more energy efficiency
