  • We are trying to provide one district owned Chromebook per family as a starting point to get devices out to students who need them.  If you need a device and have still not received one, or you are having issues with a school owned device, please email our help desk at helpdesk@geneseocsd.org.

    For the Chromebook to work, it needs to be attached to a WiFi network.  If you have WiFi in your home, when you first turn on the Chromebook, attach to the WiFi network.  After you attach, your student should be able to login to their Google account like they do at school.  If you do not have a WiFi network available, the district is in the process of exploring options to assist.  In the meantime, if you need to request paper copies of materials please request it through your child's principal.  Kelly Sattora for students in grades K-5 (kellysattora@geneseocsd.org 585-243-3450 ext 3418) and Mike Salatel for students in grades 6-12 (mikesalatel@geneseocsd.org 585-243-3450 ext 1005).
