1st official Varsity Practice is August 16th
Save the Date: "Grand Canyon of the East Tour Four" is set for August 11th --> August 14th. The perfect way to wrap up a summer of training.

Official Kick off for the 2010 varsity season is August 16. But much ground work will be laid down before that time. Strong foundation work should already be underway.
Plans for another great season for 2010 are already underway!!! The word on the street is that Pawling, New York is a nice place to be in November. Who wants to find out?
In just two days from now, tomorrow will be yesterday.
Mark Your 2010 Calendars and boot up your GPS: This is the location but the date is for 2009. Please be sure to check out the 2009 photo weblink. More Photos from states to come. If you really want to plan a little further here is some info on the invite at the 2011 course. 2012 is at Elma Meadows in Buffalo. 2013 tentatively back on the island and 2014 Section V to host!!! I hope all the 3rd, 4th, 5th, and 6th graders are planning accordingly!!
Must motavational reads for distance runners and racers on the trails and/or on the track!! You can't run 24 hours a day. So take some time to work your mind too.
